Judy A. Pope is a skilled personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney with more than 30 plus years of legal experience. She has represented hundreds of injured clients and has extensive experience in cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death. In addition to owning and managing Dickson & Pope, P.A., Ms. Pope serves “of counsel” to the Topeka-based law firm, Ralston, Pope & Diehl, L.L.C. She also serves as General Counsel for the Kansas Chiropractic Association.

INSURANCE LAW: Contract disputes in the Courts and in the Insurance Department including Personal Injury Protection, Med Pay, automobile liability, underinsured provisions, uninsured provisions, property damage and general coverage issues

INJURY LAW: Professional negligence, personal injury, vehicular accidents, Workers’ Compensation, and product liability

EMPLOYMENT LAW: Race, age, sex, and handicap discrimination; Americans With Disabilities Act; wrongful terminations; labor arbitrations, National Labor Review Board cases and representations of various Union organizations
